Vickie Hogan

Vickie Hogan, 61, of Garber, Oklahoma, was the daughter of James Ralph and Delores Marie Colin Campbell. She was born April 1, 1951 in Watertown, New York and died on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at St. Marys Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma. She was the owneroperator of the GarberBillings News for over twenty years. Vickie enjoyed supporting the local schools, kids and her community but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. Vickie married her best friend and sweetheart, Matthew Hogan Jr. on April 1, 1979 in Annapolis, Maryland. Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 28, 2012 at the Garber School Gymnasium in Garber, Oklahoma. Pastor Barry Prock will officiate. Services are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home in Garber, Oklahoma. Vickie is survived by her husband, Matthew Hogan Jr. of the home and two sons, Bob Hogan and his wife, Suzanne of Rockville, Maryland, Demond Hogan and his wife, Jessi of Cameron, North Carolina one daughter, Kimmi Hogan of Enid, Oklahoma mother, Delores Campbell of Garber, Oklahoma one brother, Jim Campbell of Garber, Oklahoma two sisters, Patti Robinson of Frankllin, Wisconsin and Debbie Foxwell of Dallas, Texas and five grandchildren.
