Vera Zink

Vera Marie Zink, 91, of Enid, Oklahoma, was born December 7, 1917 in Arkansas City, Kansas to Golden and Pearl Cummings Tooman. She died Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at Greenbrier Nursing Home in Enid, Oklahoma. Vera married Fred Zink on May 29, 1937 in Miami, Arizona. He preceded her in death on February 14, 1982. She was a member of the First Christian Church. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 4, 2009 at the Grace Hill Memorial Pavilion in Grace Hill Cemetery. Rev. Martin Foster will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Ross Hospice in Enid, Oklahoma in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Vera is survived by her nephew, Bill Tooman and his wife, Carol, of Enid, Oklahoma and several other nieces and nephews.
