Sheila Warner

Sheila Faye "Richter" Warner, 81 of Billings, Oklahoma died, Sunday, April 30, 2017, at the Greenbrier Nursing Home in Enid. Ms. Warner was born in Fairview Oklahoma, on March 6th, 1936 to Elmer and Mary "Brandon" Richter. Sheila was the sixth child out of ten siblings. There were five Sisters Doreen "Fitzhugh" Fox, Nina Bell "Fitzhugh" Proffit, Rosa "Fitzhugh" Nickel, LaVera Richter and Marilyn Jean Richter and four Brothers Walter, Jerry, Ray Richter and Thomas Fitzhugh.

Sheila grew up in Fairview where she met her soul mate and love of her life and on July 12, 1957, in Midwest City, Oklahoma she married, George C. Warner Sr. In 1968 Sheila and George moved to Billings, Oklahoma where they lived on the southwest side of town and raised their three children, George Jr, Kevin, and Phebe and spent the rest of their lives together there. With their three children, they gained eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. In Sheila's life, she did many odd jobs and worked at the Billings Public Schools as a janitor and cook along with keeping her home and family up.

Survivors include her children, George Jr., and wife, Theresa, Phebe, and Kevin and his wife Jennifer. Sisters, Marilyn Jean Richter, Rosa Nickel and LaVera Richter. Eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren

Sheila was preceded in death by her husband George Warner Sr., her parents Elmer and Mary "Brandon" Richter, four brothers Walter, Jerry, Shirley Jerry and Thomas Fitzhugh and two sisters Doreen "Fitzhugh", and Nina Bell "Fitzhugh" Proffit.

She loved her family, pets, and the outdoors and will be dearly missed.

Services for Ms. Sheila Warner are Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 10:00 AM in the Antelope Valley Church, south of Billings, Oklahoma. She will be laid to rest at the Billings Union Cemetery. @Visitation will be Tuesday, May 2 from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm at Dugger Funeral Home in Billings.
