Sharon Kaye Bucholz McKeown, resident of Garber and former resident of Billings passed away on November 23, 2019. Graveside services will be held at the cemetery at Billings Union on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 2 p.m.
Sharon was born in Enid Oklahoma on January 5, 1942 to Louis and Cleta Waggoner Bucholz. She graduated from Billings High School. After graduation, she attended Wichita Business College and later graduated from Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa.
She was married to Donovan McKeown on April 1, 1960.
She was a member of the First Baptist in Garber. She was a Business owner in Billings before retiring and also worked at Rush Metals for twelve years.
Sharon was an avid coyote hunter for many years and loved flowers.
Sharon is survived by her son, Beni McKeown, grandchildren, Brooke Lee and husband Tanner Lee of Ponca City and Alex McKeown of Tonkawa. Kaylen McKeown of Wynnewood, sister Carey Evans and husband Jim of Billings and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son David McKeown, sister Sue and Husband Larry Ehlers, and fiancé Hobart Wickens.
Pallbearers are her nephews and honorary pallbearers are her nieces
Memorial contributions can be made to First Baptist Church of Garber and Circle of Love Hospice in Enid.
