Seleste Maner

Seleste Ann Maner, 6 years old of Ponca City, Oklahoma was born on May 24, 2007 to her parents, Angela Maner and Troy Smith. She departed this life on April 24, 2014 at her home in Red Rock, Oklahoma. Seleste gave a lifetime of love during her short time on earth. Visitation will be Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 1pm to 8pm. Funeral services will be at 11am, Monday, April 28, 2014 at BrownDugger Funeral Home Chapel, Perry, Oklahoma with Albert Plumley officiating. Interment will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. She is survived by her parents, Angela Maner and Troy Smith of the home and Dusty Sisco of Perry sister, Gracie Sisco of Ponca City, Oklahoma brother, Tegan Smith of Ponca City, Oklahoma maternal grandparents, Kelly and Darrell Hutchison of Red Rock, Oklahoma paternal grandparents, Charles and Carol Smith of Ponca City, Oklahoma great grandparents, Wanda Douglas Blocker of Perry, Oklahoma and two uncles, Jordee Maner and his wife, Samantha of Stillwater, Oklahoma, and William Bode and his girlfriend, Ashley of Perry, Oklahoma.
