Ruth Bradford

Ruth Bradford, 91, of Garber, Oklahoma was the daughter of Henry and Dora Peters Kruse. She was born March 6, 1915 in Douglas, Oklahoma and died Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at Integris Bass Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma. Ruth and M. Owen Bradford were married on July 9, 1934 at Perry, Oklahoma. She worked in the Garber school cafeteria prior to retirement. Ruth was a member of the First Christian Church of Garber. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 8, 2006 at the First Christian Church in Garber. Rev. John Taudfest will officiate. Interment will be in the Garber Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home of Garber, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church in care of Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Garber, Oklahoma 73738. Ruth is survived by two sons, Richard Bradford and his wife, Marcia, of Enid, Oklahoma and Stan Bradford and his wife, Rosilene, of Spring, Texas; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter. In addition to her husband, M. Owen Bradford, who died in 1966, Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Lloyd and Vernon Kruse.
