Ronda Beard Paige went home to be with Jesus July 21, 2006 at the age of 44 years. Ronda was born December 7, 1961 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Earl and Retha Barrows Beard. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, Blackwell, Oklahoma with Rev. Jackie Crafton of Fairland, Oklahoma officiating. Interment will follow in Blackwell Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home, Blackwell, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to Faith Hospice of Central Oklahoma in care of Dugger Funeral Home 301 W. Blackwell, Blackwell, Oklahoma, 74631. As a young girl she went to school at Nardin, Oklahoma; then to Braman High School were she graduated with the class of 1981. She was a member of the House of Prayer Church in Blackwell. Ronda was working at Hillcrest Nursing Home as a laundry aide when in June 2005 she was forced to quite due to becoming terminal with cancer. Ronda loved doing crafts with her mother and sister Vicky. She loved going to craft shows and working her flower beds; she had a beautiful water garden and loved being outside. She loved spending time with her family and helping others. She is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Louise Lucas of Freddrick, Oklahoma; husband, Mike Paige of Blackwell, Oklahoma; her mother, Retha Watts and her husband, Dal of Kaw City, Oklahoma; her father, Earl Beard of Morrison, Oklahoma; five sisters, Brinda Prince, Susie Sharp, Patricia Prince, Vicky Ingram all of Blackwell, Michelle Snow of Azle, Texas; two brothers, Bobby Beard of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Earl Beard of Arkansas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by one sister Wilma Beard and her grandparents. Pallbearers are Mike Redding, Robert Redding, Bobby Beard, Jr., John Prince, Jr., Nathan Ingram, and Justin Sharp. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Prince, Allen Sharp, John Prince, David Ingram, Michael Snow, Herman Paige, Junior Paige, Keith Beard, Tracy Prince and Danny Rollins.
