Ronda Buffington

Ronda Buffington went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Green Valley Nursing home. She was 59 years old. She was born in Perry, OK on November 21, 1955 to Phillip and Wilma (Busse) Buffington. The care of the family is under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home.

She grew up in Perry with her family and looked forward to summer vacations in Crested Butte, Co. Ronda had only one niece and as she was growing up, that was her best friend. They played and did everything together. In 1998 her care was entrusted to Perry Nursing home and later Green Valley after their closing. Her time there she never met a stranger she didn't show her love and friendship to.

Ronda is survived by her brother's Larry and wife Kenna Buffington of Perry, David and wife Marryann Buffington of Payson, AZ; niece, Dezi and Jason Rice of Guthrie, OK; one nephew, Matthew Buffington of Payson, AZ; two great-nephew's: Daelon and Jax Rice of Guthrie, OK; and three aunts: Margie Cowell of Perry, Zelma Petters of El Reno, OK and Alice Frazier of Perry.

She was preceded by her parents and many aunts and uncles.

A graveside service will be held at Richmond Cemetery on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 10am with Bro. Brian Friend officiating.
