Robert Lee Beier age 64, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018, at Perry Memorial Hospital. He was the first born son of Edward Jacob and Cleva Jo (Howard) Beier born November 11, 1953.
Robert graduated from Red Rock High School in 1972, and farmed and ranched all his life.
He resided on the farm of his maternal grandparents, Dewey and Ena May Howard ,which is one of the Centennial Farms in Noble County. He also worked many years at the Oklahoma City Stockyards and farmers commission.
Robert loved living in the country, sorting cattle and teaching his grandson, Samuel, about the farming and ranching business.
He is survived by his daughter, Carrie Gaither and her husband, Jeff, two grandchildren, Samuel Lee Brown and Emma Rae Brown, all of Perry, Oklahoma, and a sister, Eddetta Beier Grant of Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his son, Lee Dewey Beier, his parents, Edward J. and Cleva Jo Beier, his brother, David Edward Beier, brother-in-law Chris Grant, maternal grandparents, Dewey and Ena May (Humphrey) Howard, and paternal grandparents, Emil and Alvina (Karcher) Beier, Sr.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Perry Assembly of God Church at 401 RJ Rutherford Road in Perry, Oklahoma with the Pastor Joey Fisher officiating under the direction of the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Visitation hours will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. The family has suggested memorials to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and contributions may be left at the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home.
