Richard Charles Condit Jr., 33, of Morrison, Oklahoma, loving father and husband, was the son of Richard Charles Condit Sr. and the former Patsy Ann Nottingham. He was born April 7, 1971 at Pawnee, Oklahoma and died Monday, July 19, 2004 at Perry Memorial Hospital in Perry, Oklahoma. He and Terri Lynn Martin were married on June 15, 1991 at the First United Methodist Church of Morrison. He was employed as a lineman in the electrical department of the City of Perry and enjoyed hunting, hauling hay and spending time with his kids and other family members. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Morrison He loved life and traveling and was always helping others who needed him. He was the great-great-great-grandson of the original Pistol Pete. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2004 at the First United Methodist Church in Morrison. Rev. Marilyn Weathers and Rev. Larry Adkisson will officiate. Interment will be in the Morrison Cemetery under direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry, Oklahoma. A memorial fund has been established at Citizens State Bank of Morrison, Oklahoma to help defray funeral expenses. In addition to his wife, Terri, he is survived by one son, Jarate Dewayne, and one daughter, Brittani Nycole, both of the home; his father, Richard Condit Sr. and wife, Pamela Moore-Condit, of Morrison, Oklahoma; his mother, Patsy Ann Condit, of Stillwater, Oklahoma; one brother, Jack Wayne Condit, of Stillwater, Oklahoma; one sister, Abigail Haley, of Morrison, Oklahoma; his paternal grandmother, Bertie Condit, of Morrison, Oklahoma; maternal grandmother, Jerry Pate, of Stillwater, Oklahoma and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. One sister, Jennifer Dawn, his maternal grandfather, Jack Pate, paternal grandfather, Cy Condit, and aunts and uncles preceded him in death.
