Renae Prucha

October 5, 1960 — July 16, 2023

Renae Elaine McAllister Prucha has gone to heaven.  She was born October 5, 1960, at Perry Memorial Hospital.  Her parents were Rotha Mae Robinson McAllister and Jack Barton McAllister Sr.  Renae grew up in Red Rock, OK.  She graduated from Red Rock High School in the spring of 1978.

Renae married Daniel Prucha of Red Rock in August of 1978.  Daniel was her soulmate.  You rarely saw them apart.  They would have celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary this August.  They had one child, Jennifer Corbin of Red Rock.  Renae worked in the medical field most of her life.  She was a CNA, a pharmacy tech, a ward clerk, and a physical therapy technician.  She even worked in housekeeping while obtaining her LPN.  Renae was a great nurse.  She was meticulous with her patients.  The patients always came first to Renae.  Renae’s family was very proud of her for earning her LPN and reaching her goal of becoming a nurse.  During the last few years, Renae worked helping her husband, Daniel, on the farm.  She frequently spent time with her grandson Daniel.  Renae doted on her grandson.  She spoiled him rotten.  Nobody could tell her grandson “No.” when she was around.

Renae loved animals.  She had two Jack Russell Terriers that went with her everywhere.  Renae also enjoyed her cats, chickens and had a habit of adopting nearly every stray dog that crossed her path.   Ranae enjoyed shopping and garage sales with her daughter Jennifer.  Renae and her husband attended the flea market in Ponca City nearly every weekend.

Renae was an organ donor and was able to donate several organs at the time of her death.  While her family comes to terms with her sudden loss, Renae made it possible for another family to celebrate a second chance.

Renae leavers behind to mourn her loss husband Daniel Prucha, daughter Jennifer Corbin, son-in-law Josh Corbin, grandchildren Abbigail Corbin of Norman, OK, Nickolas Corbin of North Carolina and “Little Man” Daniel Corbin.  Renae is also survived by her brother Jack McAllister and his wife Alma Wright of Red Rock, sister Toni Zemp and her husband Paul Zemp of Perry, brother-in-law David Prucha and his wife Nita of Duncan, OK, aunt Catherine Robinson of Marland as well as two precious little dogs who will terribly miss her.

Preceding Renae in death are her parents Rotha Mae and Jack McAllister, little brother Monty McAllister, uncle Micky Robinson, her parents -in-law Emma and Arnold Prucha.  She was reunited in heaven with several beloved pets including Petey, Scrappy and Sophie.

Renae was very loved and will be missed more than words can say.
