Ollie Walls

Ollie Thelma Walls, age 95, of Grey Fox Trail, Oakwood, GA formerly of Jackson St., Perry, OK. passed away Tuesday August 31, 2004 at New Horizons West Nursing Center following an extended illness. The daughter of Jefferson M and Mary Hudson Davis, she was born in Wann, OK. She graduated from Wann High School. She was a beloved wife, mother, Sunday School teacher and cook at the Falls Creek Baptist Assembly in Davis, OK. She retired from the Perry Memorial Hospital, Perry , OK and was a member of the First Baptist Church, Perry OK for 44 years. She came to live with her son and daughter-in-law in 1996 in Oakwood, and joined the Blackshear Place Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Walls and a son Reith D. Walls, 16 brothers sister, and 3 grandchildren. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth L. and Betty Walls, Arab, AL; Donald P. Walls, Albuquerque, N.M.; Neal H. and Nancy Walls, Oakwood, GA; Duane W. and Sylvia Walls, Belin, N.M.; Dale D. and Kathy Walls, Forney, TX; Keith L. and Carol Walls, Huntsville, AL; 24 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00am Saturday September 4, 2004 at the First Baptist Church, Perry, OK. Pastor Lester Barker, Pastor Bobby Lee and Pastor Buddy Hunt will officiate. Burial will be in Fairlawn Memorial Cemetery, Stillwater, OK. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday September 3, 2004 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Ollie T.
