Mildred Klingaman

Mildred Klingaman, 87, of Mulhall, Oklahoma was the daughter of Fred Ruck Jr. and Gladys Brown Ruck. She was born September 12, 1920 at Mulhall, Oklahoma and died Friday, November 30, 2007 at Select Specialty Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mildred was a 1939 graduate of Mulhall High School. She was married to Kenneth Klingaman on May 7, 1940 at Orlando, Oklahoma. Kenneth preceded her in death on April 3, 2000. A homemaker and a dedicated farm wife, Mildred was an active member of the Christian Church at Mulhall. Mildred loved her huge family and cooking delicious meals for them. She also worked as a cook in the Mulhall-Orlando High School cafeteria. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the Christian Church in Mulhall. Gilbert Forrest will officiate. Interment will be in the Zion Cemetery at Orlando, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry, Oklahoma. A family visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2007 at Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Christian Church of Mulhall in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, OK 73077. Mildred is survived by six sons, Karl Klingaman and his wife, Marilyn, of Orlando, Oklahoma, Stan Klingaman and his wife, Christine, and Dean Klingaman and his wife, Sue, all of Perry, Oklahoma, Gerald Klingaman and his wife, Jolene, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Ron Klingaman and his wife, Sharon, of Stillwater, Oklahoma and David Klingaman and his wife, Bev, of Chandler, Arizona; two daughters, Darla Wiss and her husband, Rodney, of Mulhall, Oklahoma and Kenda Williams and her husband, Dee, of Perry, Oklahoma; 45 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren, and one sister, Lena Dupy and her husband, Cleo, of Edmond, Oklahoma. In addition to her husband, Kenneth, Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one great-grandchild.
