Mary Wilkerson

Mary Ann Wilkerson, 80, of Perry, Oklahoma was the daughter of Ray Harold and Winnifred Margaret Weber Draper. She was born November 10, 1931 in Geary, Oklahoma and died Friday, December 23, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Cancer Treatment Centers of Oklahoma. She was a 1949 graduate of Greenfield High School. On July 23, 1950, Mary Ann married Elmo Wilkerson in El Reno, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on December 22, 2010. Mary Ann enjoyed traveling south to the valley and visiting with her many friends. She enjoyed socializing and loved to watch people. She was a great cook who enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at First United Methodist Church in Perry, Oklahoma. Rev. Ed Cook will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Mary Ann is survived by one son, Daniel R. Wilkerson and his wife, Michele, of Phoenix, Arizona one daughter, Connie Ritze and her husband, Mike, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma six grandchildren, Daniel Z. Wilkerson and his wife, Kelly of Chandler, Arizona, Amity and Heidi Ritze, both of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Matthew Wilkerson, of Tempe, Arizona, Jamey Ritze, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Whitney Wilkerson of Chandler, Arizona two great grandchildren, Kai Wilkerson and Daniel Wilkerson, both of Chandler, Arizona her mother, Winnifred Norris of McLoud, Oklahoma and one sister, Betty Johnson, of McLoud, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmo Wilkerson, her father, Ray Draper and granddaughter, Kelsey Ritze.
