Mary Tetik

Mary Della Tetik, 91, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Francis Michael and Margaret Remacle Malget. She was born June 24, 1920, in Perry, Oklahoma and died August 30, 2011 at Perry Memorial Hospital. She attended school at Perry High School. On December 26, 1946 she married Joseph Peter Tetik in Perry, Oklahoma. Della will be remembered as a loving wife, sister and aunt by her family. She was often found sitting on her porch or working in her garden. Her hobbies were sewing, crocheting and reading. She was a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and a member of the Altar Society. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 2, 2011 at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Perry, Oklahoma. Father Dan Letourneau will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. Seventh Street, Perry, OK 73077. Della is survived by one sister, Martha Thompson of Vista California, four nieces, Betty Berger, Ann Umstead, Marie Robbins all of Perry, Oklahoma, Margaret Gary of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma four nephews, Bob Thompson of California, David Malget, Lee Malget and Vernon Malget all of Perry, Oklahoma and numerous great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and five brothers, Gus, Nick, Joe, Frank and John Malget.
