Mary Hunt

Mary Louise Hunt, 60, went to be with our Lord Jesus on Mother's Day, May 10, 2015. She was born on September 19, 1954 in Perry, Oklahoma.

Mary grew up in Perry along with her sister, Sandy Ellis and her brother Jimmy Williams. Both Sandy and Mary remained in Perry while Jimmy married and now resides in Nebraska. Her greatest joy in life was being a good mom and Mimi to her grandkids, Ky Hughes and Dakota Etheridge of Perry; Bailey and Parker Hughes of Tonkawa; Braelynn and TyQuestt Dennis of Orlando, FL; and Jadynn Dennis of Muncie, IN. She had three children, Tracy Hughes and his wife, Dawna of Tonkawa, OK, Deidra Hughes of Muncie, IN and Justin Hughes of Perry. She had one niece, Aleasa Ellis and her son, Mason of Perry and one nephew, Rusty Ellis and his daughter, Daysia and sons, Bryce and Aiden of Perry.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Clara Williams and one nephew, James Neal Ellis.

A memorial service to celebrate Mary's life will be 10am, Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Church of the Nazarene. Memorials may be made to the Church of the Nazarene in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th, Perry, OK 73077.
