Margaret F. Kirkpatrick, 80, of Perry, Oklahoma, formerly of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Arthur Carl and Clara Armeda Lippert Hayes. She was born September 20, 1927 at Garber, Oklahoma and died Monday, February 4, 2008 at Green Valley Nursing Home in Perry. On December 17, 1949, she and Elwyn Ray Kirkpatrick were married in Garfield County. Margaret was a homemaker and assisted her husband on the family farm. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, western movies and watching football. Margaret was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2008 at the Antelope Valley Church of the Brethren near Billings, Oklahoma. Kent Reubell will officiate. Interment will be in the River View Cemetery at Tonkawa. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Margaret is survived by two daughters, Janice Rahn, of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Vicki Rapp, of Seiling, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Glen Rahn, of Perry, Oklahoma, Deana Pogue, of Palatka, Florida, Chris Rapp, of Hennessey, Oklahoma and Jenni Rapp, of Seiling, Oklahoma; and seven great-grandchildren, Dakota Rahn and Rachel Rahn, both of Perry, Oklahoma, Ashton Rapp, Kaden Rapp and Kallie Rapp, all of Hennessey, Oklahoma, and Victoria Pogue and Madelyn Pogue, both of Palatka, Florida. In addition to her husband, Elwyn, who died on March 14, 1990, Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one granddaughter, Kimberly Lee Rahn, and one grandson, Kirk Anthony Rapp. Condolences may be sent to our online guest book at www.brown-duggerfuneralhome.com.
