Marcia Stephens

Marcia Etheline Stephens, 62, Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Guy and Blanche Burgess Nichols. She was born on March 12, 1942 in Sumner, Oklahoma and died Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at her home. She had worked as a waitress and enjoyed gardening, reading and crossword puzzles. Marcia was a member of the Otoe-Missouria Tribe. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2004 at the Sumner First Baptist Church. Rev. Albert Quick will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Marcia is survived by two grandsons, Zachary Cross and Nathan Cross, both of Guthrie, Oklahoma; one half sister, Marye Kirk of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one aunt, Rebecca Cook of Wellston, Oklahoma; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Rodney Cross and Larry Cross; two brothers, Miles Nichols and Donald Lee Nichols; and one sister Sandra Hager.
