Lillie Williams, 89, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Elmer and Daisey Couch Hall. She was born on May 21, 1916 and died on Friday, July 1, 2005 at the Perry Memorial Hospital. Services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 3, 2005 at the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Roger Dunn will officiate. Interment will be in the Red Rock Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the Judith Karman Hospice in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, OK 73077. She was a member of the Polka Club. Lillie is survived by two sons, Elton Williams of Ponca City, Oklahoma and Nolan Williams of Nevada; three daughters, Shirley Burgess of Red Rock, Oklahoma, Wanda Neiman of Perry, Oklahoma and Karen Most of McLoud, Oklahoma; thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; one brother, Raymond Hall of Texas and six sisters, Velma and Cora Lee, both of California, Faye Ward of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Lorena, Lucille and Fernie, all of Arnette, Oklahoma.
