Kyle Matthew Turner, born on July 22, 1985, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on October 22, 2024. A talented artist, Kyle expressed his vibrant spirit through his passion for drawing and art, which served as both a creative outlet and a reflection of his unique personality. He cherished the time spent with his family and found joy in listening to hip-hop music.
Kyle's life had a profound impact on many, and he leaves behind a loving family who will miss him deeply. He is survived by his children: Braylon, Kloe, Lillian, Lila, Kylinn, and Chanel. He is also mourned by his father, Russell Vanschuyver, and fiancée, Mary Kelly, of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his brothers, Cory Turner and wife Samantha of Meeker, Oklahoma, Camron VanSchuyver and wife Alexia of Garber, Oklahoma, and Casey VanSchuyver of Ponca City. His beloved grandmother, June Turner of Arkansas, as well as his aunt, Karla Taylor and husband Mike of Arizona, and uncle, Toney Turner and wife April of Oklahoma, also grieve his loss. Kyle was a cherished uncle to his nieces and nephews: Holly, Jaxon, Amelia, Maci, Madalyn, Kinsley, Kade, and Kamdyn.
A celebration of Kyle's life will be held at a later date. Honorary casket bearers for the service will include Russell Vanschuyver, Cory Turner, Camron VanSchuyver, and Casey VanSchuyver. The family has chosen cremation and plans to honor his memory by scattering his ashes.
Kyle was preceded in death by his mother, Holly Sue Turner. His dedication to art and the inspiration he provided to those around him will always be remembered. Taken too soon, Kyle will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
