Katheryn Hayes

Katheryn Lucile Hayes was born on February 25, 1959 in Blackwell, Oklahoma. She was born to Esther Louise Clinkingbeard at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital. Katheryn died on March 5, 2005 at the age of 46. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at Blackwell Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home, Blackwell, Oklahoma. Katheryn was preceded in death by her mother Esther Clinkingbeard. She is survived by her twin brother, Kenneth Hayes, Wayne, Gary, Jerry, Ruth Ann, Dorothy, her aunt Marie Snow, of Blackwell, Oklahoma and Mary, Leroy and Melissa Fluke, Josh Ausbrooks and Kari Nichols all of Cleveland, Oklahoma. Katheryn came to live in Cleveland with the Fluke family in October of 2001. She loved going to bingo, going out to eat, and spending time with her family. Her favorite song was Amazing Grace. Katheryn worked with Gatesway at Linen King with Sue Chambers, her supervisor and three co-workers, Teresa Mize, Clifton Byrum, Stephane Donnell. She began working there in April 2001 and worked up until she went into the hospital February 25, 2005. There is much gratitude toward ResCare of Tulsa, Oklahoma for their kindness and support to Kathy during their time of service to her, April 2002 to present time. Kathy had a team of people working with her seeing to her care and needs, Brenda Pittman of ResCare, SueAnn Berger of Pawnee Co. DHS, Kim Wotring, counselor and Mary Fluke, adult companion ResCare.
