JoAnn Rogers, 75, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Eugene and Etta MacArthur Osborn. She was born on October 29, 1930 in Cordell, Oklahoma and died Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at the Perry Memorial Hospital. JoAnn graduated from Pawnee High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and worked in the nursery. JoAnn was a member of the Ever Endeavors Sunday School Class. She enjoyed keeping children in her home and traveling. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2006 at the First Baptist Church in Perry, Oklahoma. Brother Aaron Summers will officiate. A committal service will be at 3:00 p.m. at the Mt. Valley Cemetery in Thomas, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church building fund in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. JoAnn is survived by one son, David Wenger of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; one daughter, Becky Banks of Edmond, Oklahoma and seven grandchildren, Kerri Wenger and Joshua Wenger, both of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Carson Banks, Noah Banks, Braxton Banks, Riley Banks and Duncan Banks, all of Edmond, Oklahoma.
