Jackie Carter

Jackie Lynn Carter, age 62, of Billings, Oklahoma was born on November 20, 1954 to Gene and Roberta Carter. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 16, 2017 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma.

Jackie attended Billings High School, after graduating Jackie attended cosmetology school to become a hairdresser. Once completing her schooling, Jackie worked at Mary's Beauty Salon for many years. Jackie enjoyed spending time at the lake, baking, and collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia, but what she treasured most was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on October 25, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Christian Church in Billings, Oklahoma. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Dugger Funeral Home in Billings, Oklahoma.
Cherishing her memory are her children, Karma Pemberton and her husband, Darin of Billings, Oklahoma; Eric Barney and his wife, Melanie of Wichita, Kansas; Emilie Rupp and husband, Kody of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; CJ Garis of Garber, Oklahoma; sister, Vickie Struble and her husband, Chuck of Earlsboro, Oklahoma; stepmom, Pat Carter of Enid, Oklahoma, and seven grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Roberta Carter; and one brother, Darrell Carter.

A memorial fund has been set up at First Bank and Trust in Billings, Oklahoma under "Jackie Carter Memorial Fund".
