Grace Miller

Grace E. Miller, 95, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Ray Davis and Maude Edith Wadlow Bowker. She was born on March 28, 1914 in Valley, Oklahoma and died Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at the Green Valley Nursing Home. On June 11, 1933, Grace married Francis L. Miller in Pawnee County. He preceded her in death on October 31, 1995. Grace enjoyed reading, sewing, gardening, playing golf and walking at the YMCA. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2009 at the Woodland Cemetery Chapel in Woodland Cemetery in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Pastor Chris Short will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the Ceres Christian Church in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Grace is survived by one sister, Billie Sullins of Perry, Oklahoma; two nieces, Sheri Roland of Clearwater, Kansas and Teresa Gaffney of Owasso, Oklahoma and one nephew, Steve Sullins of Red Rock, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Miller, one son, Billy Don Miller, her parents, Ray and Maude Bowker, two sisters, Mabel Barrett and Norene Bejcek and one nephew, Jerry Bejcek.
