Fred Hageman, 72, of Perry, Oklahoma was the son of Oscar and Mable Shelton Hageman. He was born July 16, 1933 in Perry, Oklahoma and died on Monday, September 19, 2005 at Perry Memorial Hospital. Fred was a veteran who served his country in the United States Army from 1953-1955. On February 22, 1958, he and Jean Murch were married in Perry, Oklahoma. He was a life-long resident of Noble County and was affiliated with the Christian church. He had worked as a butcher and later at Charles Machine Works in Perry, Oklahoma. He enjoyed fishing, farming and yard work. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 22, 2005 at the First Christian Church in Perry. Rev. Martin Foster will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, OK 73077. In addition to his wife, Jean, survivors are two daughters, Dianna Jean Harlow, Zachary DeRoin, and Teri Lynn Hesser and her husband, Randy, all of Perry, Oklahoma; one son, George Zavalas and his wife, Marletta, of Perry, Oklahoma; one brother, Ed Fulk and his wife, Claire, of Enid, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Mandy Morris and her husband, Dusty, Krystal Hagan, Amber Hagan, Lexie Brorsen and Jenny Brorsen, all of Perry, Oklahoma; one great-granddaughter, Blyss Morris of Perry, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews.
