Franklin M. Pierce, 56, of Billings, Oklahoma was born to Donald Pierce and Emily (Twoguns) Pierce on September 19, 1961. He passed away on March 1, 2018 with his family by his side in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
In his younger years he helped raised pigs on the family farm along side his father. Later he became a licensed plumber and continued that career for about 12 years and he was also licensed in multiple other states. Frankie moved to California to do construction work for a few years, but once he heard his mother was ill he rushed back home immediately to take care of his family. Frankie had the biggest heart and wanted nothing more than to be with the people he loved.
Frankie enjoyed dancing, traveling, and going to the motorcycle races. In his earlier days he would travel across the country going to pow wow dance competitions where he Fancy danced along side his family. He would also dance at the Iowa Tribe Pow-wows every chance he got. If he wasn't dancing or working, him and his brothers would all get together and build hotrods to race down the streets against each other or to just cruise around the Perry square showing them off.
Frankie loved his Harley and went cruising around every chance he got. He had a little dog, Oreo, that he loved her very much she was his protector from any danger or any harm, she would follow him around everywhere he went. He adored his son, Evin, and would cheer him on at every single motorcycle race even if he couldn't make it. Evin was not only his son, but his very best friend and his Harley riding partner. Frankie was the type of person to call if you were in trouble and needed some help. He would do anything he could to help his friends if someone was in need.
