Frances Evelyn Kaiser, 60, of Hayward, Oklahoma was the daughter of Freddie Paul Smallwood and Bea Cox Dean. She was born December 14, 1945 in Scottsburg, Indiana and died Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at her home. Evelyn and Irvin J. Kaiser were married October 5, 1979 at their home in Hayward, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker who also had worked in retail. Evelyn had a love of pets, making ceramics and working on the computer. She was a member of the Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church. Memorial services will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 19, 2006 at the Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church in Enid, Oklahoma. Dan O'Daniel and Rev. Jody Schmidt will officiate. Memorials may be made to the Circle of Love Hospice in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Flowers also may be sent to Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Frances is survived by her husband, Irvin, one son, Timothy Jay Bradley of Big Clifty, Kentucky; one stepson, Brian James Kaiser, of Perry, Oklahoma; one stepdaughter, Lisa Beth Kaiser, of Drummond, Oklahoma; four brothers, Bobby Smallwood of Elizabethtown, Indiana, Neil Smallwood, of Ft. Myers, Florida, Paul Smallwood, of Oxford, North Carolina, and Lionel V. Sipes, of Indianapolis, Indiana; two sisters, Catherine S. Kelley and Tiny Moody, both of Scottsburg, Indiana; and one granddaughter, Deanna Bradley, of Grayson County, Kentucky. Her parents preceded her in death.
