Eva Pfeiffer

Eva Mae Pfeiffer, 102, of Orlando, Oklahoma, was the daughter of William and Mary Miles Strong. She was born on November 9, 1907 in Fayette County, Alabama and died Friday, September 10, 2010 at the Golden Oaks Nursing Home in Enid, Oklahoma. On December 31, 1926, Eva married Arno Herman Pfeiffer in Enid, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death August 7, 1987. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at the United Methodist Church in Orlando. Pastor Adrian Pollard and Pastor Steve Meier will officiate. Interment will be in Zion Cemetery in Orlando. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home in Perry. Memorials may be made to the Zion Cemetery Fund in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Eva is survived by one son, John William J.W. Pfeiffer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma two daughters, Mary Louise Traugott of Woodard, Oklahoma and Carolyn Sue McDaniel of Enid, Oklahoma five grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
