Eva Margaret Lamb Kendrick, 71, of Tonkawa, Oklahoma, died Sunday, August 21, 2005 at the Blackwell Nursing Home. Eva was the born January 31, 1934 in Greenwood, Texas to Burle and Blanch Garvin Thomas. Graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2005 at Quanah Memorial Park Cemetery in Quanah, Texas with the Rev. Monte Lumpkin officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Memorials may be given to Faith Hospice of Blackwell in care of Dugger Funeral Home, 400 E. Grand, Tonkawa, Oklahoma 74653. Eva was raised and educated in Segraves, Texas, moving to Oklahoma in 1973. She lived in Kremlin, Oklahoma before coming to Tonkawa. She loved to work in her yard with her flowers and go fishing. She is survived by her husband Don of the home; seven daughters, Arlene Naron, Sharon Mull, Patti Arter, Dian Fotherly, Karen Page, Linda Pritchard, and Carla Smith; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leon Lamb; her parents; one brother, Willie Thomas; four sisters, Lorene Rasmuss, Louise Sharp, Evelyn Coleman, and Zula Mae Woods.
