Elsie Osborne

Elsie M. Osborne, 94, of Perry, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Isrel and Mary Estella Reed. She was born at Red Rock, Oklahoma on July 5, 1910 and died at Green Valley Nursing Home in Perry on Tuesday, April 19, 2005. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2005 in the Brown-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Buddy Hunt will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Arthritis Foundation in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Elsie and Jesse F. Osborne were married in Perry, Oklahoma on January 24, 1931. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Perry and Echo Ladies Aid. She is survived by two daughters, Janice Edwards and her husband, David, and Marilyn Ewy and her husband, Jack, all of Perry, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Jill Hansen and her husband, Kevin, of Perry, Oklahoma, Jeff Edwards and his wife, Sandra, of Perry, Oklahoma, Joel Edwards, of Perry, Oklahoma and Erron Ewy and his wife, Jo, of Piedmont, Oklahoma; and four great-grandchildren, Jesse Edwards, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Jayde Hansen, of Perry, Oklahoma, and Brooke Ewy and Bryce Ewy, both of Piedmont, Oklahoma. Her husband, Jesse, preceded her in death on June 1, 1998. Her parents, one sister and three brothers also preceded her in death.
