Eileen Jones

Eileen E. Jones, 92, of Orlando, Oklahoma was the daughter of Willis E. and Dora Kruse Rugh. She was born March 2, 1916 at Fairmont, Oklahoma and died Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Perry Green Valley Nursing Home. Eileen was married to Orville Henry Jones who preceded her in death. She worked as cook at local restaurants prior to her retirement. She enjoyed walking and watching basketball and other sports. Eileen was affiliated with the Orlando Christian Church. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2009 in Morris Heights Cemetery at Orlando. Rev. Sam Jerome will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home of Perry. Memorials may be made to Companion Hospice in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Eileen is survived by two sons, Don Jones and his wife, Shirley, and Charlie Jones, all of Perry, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Tena Kitchens, of Perry, Oklahoma, Shelly Mack, of Lucien, Oklahoma, and Cheryl Jones and Susie Jones, both of Maryland; six great-grandchildren, Summer Rhoades, Steven Bradshaw and Maegen Webb, all of Perry, Oklahoma, Tracie Barnes, of Oklahoma City; Whitley Mack, of Lucien, Oklahoma and Jessica Jones, of Maryland; and four great-great-grandchildren, Bailey Hair, Brayden Rhoades and Brianne Rhoades, all of Perry, Oklahoma and Regan Barnes, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In addition to her husband, Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter and one sister.
