Doris Disney

Doris Disney, 89, of Garber, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Carl H. Dorothy J. McCown Wiley. She was born on January 10, 1915 in Atchison, Kansas and died Friday, June 25, 2004 at her home. Doris married Harold J. Disney in December 1939 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1985. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, gardening and her pet cats. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at Hunter Cemetery. Pastor Thomas Corrigan will officiate. Services are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home in Garber. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in care of Dugger Funeral Home. Doris is survived by one son, Billy J. Disney of Kingston, Oklahoma; one daughter, Helen J. Disney Fisher of Aurora, Colorado; one grandson, Billy Ray Disney of Garber, Oklahoma, who was her caregiver; an additional 12 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Disney; one daughter, Margaret E. Disney Griggs; her parents, Carl and Dorothy Wiley and four brothers, Donald Wiley, Bob Wiley, Harry Wiley and Caroll Wiley.
