Dee Ann Strader, 48, of Yale, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Earl and Ruby Knight Barbour. She was born on January 25, 1959 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and died Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at the Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. She was a 1977 graduate of Webster High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she was active in high school rodeo. On September 3, 1977, Dee married Rusty Strader in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the home of her parents. To this union two children were born, Byrum Levi and Deonna Jolene. Dee and Rusty
orced in 1993. Dee enjoyed watching her children rodeo and participate in their FFA activities. She was self employed, but also worked part time at the Maverick Mini Mart. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Yale, Oklahoma. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2007 at the First Baptist Church in Yale, Oklahoma. Rev. Randell Newby will officiate. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma. Memorials may be made to the First Assembly of God in Yale or the Gideon Memorial Bible Program in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Dee is survived by one son, Byrum Strader and his wife, Lyndee, of Perry, Oklahoma; one daughter, Deonna Strader of Killeen, Texas; her parents, Earl and Ruby Barbour of Tulsa, Oklahoma and one brother, Corey Barbour and his wife, Jessica, of Oologah, Oklahoma.
