Clara Knopp went to meet her Lord and Savior Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at home in Perry, Oklahoma. Clara was born to Mancel Sears and Belle Harvey on September 13, 1945, in Rockford Illinois.Clara was dearly loved by all. She will be remembered by those closest to her for her bright spunky personality to match the yellow car she loved to drive while jamming out to Diamond Rio's "Unbelievable" with the sunroof open. She showed her unconditional love for others by lending a helping hand around the house and anywhere else she was needed. Clara had a deep love for animals with one in particular being her beloved dog Lorenzo. Clara also had a deep love and admiration for Elvis Presley. Clara enjoyed babysitting her grandbabies and great-grandbabies.Clara is reunited with her mother and father, as well as her brother Sunny Ketchum, sisters Lucile Hendrich, and Cora Straws and her great granddaughter Avery Sanders.Clara leaves behind many family members to cherish her memory, Penny and husband Gary Mon of Polo Illinois, Pam and husband Lance Painter of Minnesota, Roger Meyer of Illinois, Scott Mon of Illinois, Dawn and husband Val Stephenson of Perry, Melissa and husband Michael Cooper of Perry. Grandchildren Brandy, Mercedes, Keely, Dakota, Trevor, McKenzie, Jarod, Amber, Kayla, Lacey, Stephanie, Christine, David, Veronica, Jefferey, Jennifer, Ashley, Austin, Allison, Andrea, and Jaidyn, and sixteen great-grandchildren. Clara also leaves behind one sister Mabel Stevens and two brothers Morris Poe and Allen Hensen.and Lorenzo the dog.Services for Clara Knopp with be held at Brown-Dugger Funeral Home Monday March 23, 2020 at 2 PM with burial to follow at Grace Hill Cemetery in Perry, Oklahoma. Friends and family are welcome to attend visitation Friday March 20, 2020 at Brown-Dugger Funeral Home.
