Chris Rink

Chris William Rink was born February 21, 1960 in Stillwater, Oklahoma to William and Christina Bohn Rink. HE passed away May 24, 2014 at his home in Douglas, Oklahoma. Chris was baptized at Salem Lutheran Church in Stillwater and was confirmed at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Covington. He graduated from CovingtonDouglas High School in 1978 and later graduated from OSU in 1982. Chris was a branch manager for County Line Coop in Edmond. He later became Executive Director of Oklahoma Wheat Commission. He and his family moved to Arkansas where he was a manager of the Rural Water District. They moved back to Oklahoma, where he worked as director of Rural Development in Stillwater. He was currently employed by WB Johnston Grain Company in Billings, Oklahoma. Chris enjoyed acting and speaking. Chris is survived by two children, Evan Rink and his fianceacute, Ally Hedgpath of Norman and Christin Rink of Nevada, Missouri his mother, Christina Rink of Douglas two brothers, Randy Rink and Larry Rink and his wife, Marilyn all of Douglas special friend, Debbie Fowble of Douglas and many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, William Rink. Memorial Services will be 2pm, Thursday, May 29, 2014 at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Covington with Chris Griffith officiating.
