Cecil D. Suggs, 54, of Garber, Oklahoma, was the son of Robert Marion Mitchell and Lilly Marie Rowell Suggs. He was born on October 4, 1952 in Ogden, Arkansas and died Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in Billings, Oklahoma. On July 5, 1975, Cecil married Virginia Massie in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Cecil worked for Rush Metals in Billings, Oklahoma for ten years. He enjoyed working on vehicles, taking his grandson, T.C. and his brother, Vernie fishing and playing poker with family and friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 24, 2007 at the First Assembly of God Church in Garber. Pastor Barry Prock will officiate. Interment will be in Garber Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Dugger Funeral Home of Garber. Memorials may be made to the Garber Ambulance Service in care of Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Garber, Oklahoma 73738. Cecil is survived by his wife, Virginia Suggs; two sons, Neal Scrimsher and his wife, Darla, of Enid, Oklahoma and Bradley Suggs of Blackwell, Oklahoma; one daughter, Deanna Trammel and her husband, Randy, of Garber, Oklahoma; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; three brothers, Robert Suggs, Vernie Suggs and Max Suggs, all of Blackwell, Oklahoma and six sisters, Linda Stevens and Vivian Epperly, both of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Ann Partridge of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Virginia Kerstein of Garber, Oklahoma, Becky Voegele of Edmond, Oklahoma and Louise Harris of Gladstone, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lilly Suggs and one sister, Vickie Suggs. Condolences may be sent to the family using our online guest book at www. duggerfuneralhome.com.
