Carolyn Mesecar

Carolyn J. Mesecar, 74, of Perry, Oklahoma was the daughter of William Davis and Celia Svelan Smith. She was born June 2, 1933 in Perry, Oklahoma and died Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at Green Valley Nursing Home in Perry. She and Roderick Mesecar were married on June 25, 1965 at Guthrie, Oklahoma. Carolyn was a homemaker and a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2007 at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Perry. Father Tom Dowdell will officiate. Interment will be in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Carolyn is survived by one daughter, Cecilia Pritchett and her husband, Kenny, of Perry, Oklahoma; two sons, Bill Terrel and his wife, Brenda, and Richard Terrel and his wife, Debbie, all of Perry, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Roderick, who died on September 17, 1977, she was preceded in death by her parents.
