Bertha Orcutt

Bertha Emma Orcutt, 87, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, was the daughter of Christian and Emma Reschke Pagel. She was born on April 15, 1924 on the family farm southwest of Perry, Oklahoma and died Friday, April 6, 2012 at Southern Oaks Nursing Home in Pawnee, Oklahoma. She enjoyed planting flowers, visiting with friends and was a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals but most of all she will be remembered for the love she had for her family. Bertha attended Lawnview schools southwest of Perry. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at the Morrison Christian Church in Morrison, Oklahoma. Rev. Roy Fleshman will officiate. Interment will be at 3:30 p.m. at Woodland Cemetery, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, April 9, 2012 at BrownDugger Funeral Home. Bertha was survived by one son, Dolph Sparky Orcutt and his wife, Rosslyn of Morrison, Oklahoma one daughter, Deanna Graham and her husband, Allen of Sand Springs, Oklahoma three grandchildren, Tommie Sue Houston of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Dolphie Orcutt of Perry, Oklahoma and Laura Chance of Chesapeake, Virginia six great grandchildren, Teri K. Martin and her husband, Casey of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Sara Hutchison and Rana Hutchison both of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Chea Orcutt of Morrison, Oklahoma, Ashlee Chance and Emily Chance both of Chesapeake Virginia one sister in law, Irene Pagel three great, great grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband Dolph parents, Christian and Emma Pagel two brothers, Carl Pagel and Walter Pagel, one sister, Rosella Karcher and one grandson, Bryan Graham.
