Barbara Greer

Barbara Ruth Greer, 61, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formerly of Red Rock, Oklahoma, died Thursday, April 15, 2004 at Grace Living Center Southwest in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of W.C. and Wanda Mizer Morris and was born February 25, 1943 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Barbara had been a resident of Noble County for 11 years prior to moving to Oklahoma City. On September 8, 1967, she and Charles S. Greer were married at the YWCA in Oklahoma City. Her husband preceded her in death in 1977. Barbara was a graduate of Draughn School of Business and had worked as a ward clerk at Hillcrest Hospital in Oklahoma City before illness forced her retirement. She was a member of the Church of Christ. No funeral services are planned. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is survived by her mother, Wanda Morris, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and two sisters, Shirley L. Morris, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Myrtle M. Wright, of Springdale, Arkansas.
