Arron L. Tindell, 72, of Billings, Oklahoma, was the son of Arnom and Velma Falknor Tindell. He was born on May 19, 1939 in Britton, Oklahoma and died Saturday October 1, 2011 at Meadow Lake Estates in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was the first child in the State of Oklahoma to be diagnosed with Polio at the age of three. He did not let this hold him back. Arron went on to run stock cars and owned the Tuneup Center at 1240 and South Shields in Oklahoma City for over 38 years. He enjoyed running his business and was also avid NASCAR fan. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at Union Cemetery in Billings, Oklahoma. Rev. Floyd Westfall with officiate. Services are under the direction of BrownDugger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the charities of your choice in care of BrownDugger Funeral Home, 1010 N. 7th Street, Perry, Oklahoma 73077. Arron is survived by one son, Arron Tindell Jr. and his wife, Regina of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma his friends Larry Brunkhorst and his wife, Connie and family of Mustang, Oklahoma and Mike Mowry of Edmond, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parent his maternal grandparents and his paternal grandparents.
