On Wednesday, January 31, 2018 the Lord called for Kevin Lee Wade to his heavenly home.
While we miss him dearly, we are comforted knowing that he is watching over us.
Kevin was the best father to both of his sons and he was truly loved by many. He was born on January 14, 1964 to Delmar and Leola Wade in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Kevin was raised in Amber, Oklahoma where he met the love of his life, Sheila. They wed on October 18, 1991 and started a family.
Kevin was a family man, he especially loved the time with his two sons, Tyler and Michael. They would play ball, hunt, and fish together. If it were a nice night outside the family would be next to a bonfire all evening. He also enjoyed boxing and playing baseball while he was growing up. He won the Oklahoma Tough Man award and held the title for the fastest KO. He had a deep love for the Dallas Cowboys and wouldn’t ever miss a game. Kevin was man who lived life to the fullest and only wanted the best for his loved ones. He was considered a superhero to his children, an amazing spouse, and was loved by all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.
Services will be held at later date and have been entrusted to the care of Brown-Dugger Funeral Home in Perry, Oklahoma.
Cherishing his memory are his wife, Sheila Wade of Garber, Oklahoma; two sons, Kevin Tyler Wade and Michael Wade both of Garber, Oklahoma; his sister Pam Frenchman of Amber, Oklahoma; his mother, Leola Faye Wade of Purcell, Oklahoma; his sister-in-laws, Pam Haney and her husband Roger of Amber, Oklahoma, Lisa Doan and her husband Steve of Amber, Oklahoma; his brother-in-law Dennis Turner and his wife Cindy of Amber, Oklahoma; as well as all of his nieces and nephews that he was so fond of, Joel, Ethan, Josh, Ashley, Matt, Tosha, Brooke, Jonna, Randy, Hootie, Kayden, and Brandon.
He is preceded in death by his father, Delmar Wade; his grandmother, Elizabeth Wade; and his finest hunting dog and best companion, Dixie.
